This chapter is devoted to the rare lexical material from the territory of today’s eastern Slovakia and Zakarpattya region in Ukraine, which was collected by Ivan Pankevych for the dictionary of the Southern Carpathian Ukrainian dialects. We focus primarily on the identification of the literary sources used to excerption. Recently, this material has been processed into a lexical database in the Institute of Slavonic Studies AS CR.
